Personal Checking

(1) The monthly service charge and transaction fee will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $500 or an average daily balance of $1,000 is maintained during each statement cycle.

(2) The monthly service charge will be waived if all of following conditions are met:

• Must have one (1) deposit per statement cycle
• Must be enrolled in online banking & eStatement
• Must have one (1) point of sales transaction per statement cycle using debit card

(3) The monthly service charge and transaction fee will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $2,500 is maintained during each statement cycle.

(4) The monthly service charge will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $500 is maintained during each statement cycle.

(5) The monthly service charge will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $500 is maintained during each statement cycle or if a payroll or social security direct deposit is made during each statement cycle.

(6) The monthly service charge will be waived if the accountholder maintains a minimum combined average daily balance of $25,000 or more during each statement cycle. The combined average balance includes the average daily balance of all consumer and business deposit accounts where the accountholder is either a primary or secondary owner.
