New Business Online Banking

1. Manage all of your banking activities in the new Account Summary page.

Account Summary will adopt a new, simpler look for easier navigation. Find all the most frequently-visited menus. Check Summary, Alerts, and other notifications here!

2. See and check all of your ACH needs at once.

ACH will be found under Money Movement tab. The sub-menus are all laid out on the main page for your convenience. Using Tab, you can access all of your ACH needs.

3. Making important approvals is easier than ever.

Transfers & Payments Approval will be called Approvals. Manage all of your approvals here. Approvals can be accessed from any page- look for the Approvals button with a checkmark!

FAQ

  1. Do I need to change log-in credentials?
    No, you don't need to. The log-in credentials and logging-in method will remain the same. If you need assistance with log-in, please call us at (877) 522-2867.
  2. Do I need to set up again for previous scheduled or recurring transfers for Wire, ACH, Internal transfers, and bill pay?
    No, you don't need to. All the scheduled transfers would be sent out as scheduled. You can always double-check the scheduled transfers from "Next Scheduled Requests" under "Money Movement."
  3. Would I still have all the saved templates and be able to view past transfers? (Wire, ACH, Internal transfers and bill pay)
    Absolutely! All the templates and history will be there. No need to input them again.
  4. Do I still need to change my password every three months?
    Yes. Business Online Banking users would need to update their passwords every 90 days. Please remember it is for security purposes and your protection.
  5. Is the Personal Online Banking also having a new layout?
    No, only the Business Online Banking's layout is changing. The layout of Personal Online Banking would remain the same.
  6. Can I view online statements and still receive paper statements at the same time?
    No, it would be either-or. You have an option to receive a paper statement in the mail or to view it online. We recommend e-statements because it's easy and convenient and to help save our environment! If you choose to view statements online, you would have access to previous statements for up to 18 months.
