Disclosure

(1) The monthly service charge will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $500 is maintained during each statement cycle.

(2) Transfers or withdrawals from this account to another CBB Bank account or to third parties by pre-authorized or automatic transfer, telephone or online/mobile transfer, including by check, draft, debit card, or similar order made by you and payable to third parties.

(3) Must maintain a Personal Checking or EZ Checking Account, link it to your Personal High Yield Savings Account, and set up at least one (1) automatic transfer of at least $50 in each statement cycle. If you discontinue the automatic transfer or close the linked checking account, the Personal High Yield Savings Account will be converted to a Regular Personal Savings Account, which has a lower interest rate/APY and is subject to the monthly service charge.

(4) The monthly service charge will be waived if a minimum daily balance of $2,500 is maintained during each statement cycle.

(5) A child's age must be between 6 to 17. Upon the child's 18th birthday, the account reverts to a Personal Savings account. Debit cards are not issued for this account.
