*If Elavon is unable to meet or beat the merchant's current processing rate(s), merchant will receive a $1,000 Visa® gift card, limit one per merchant, regardless of the number of business locations. To qualify, merchant must show a minimum of $10,000 annually in Visa® and Mastercard® volume as supported by payment processing statements dated within the previous 6 months. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for receipt of Visa gift card. The following business types are excluded from this offer: existing Elavon customers, franchise locations under corporate pricing program, association members, warehouse pricing, Square pricing, government or not for profit pricing, petroleum and relationship pricing exceptions (i.e., below cost). Elavon compatible processing software/equipment is required. Other fees may apply. Merchant account applications are subject to underwriting and approval by Elavon. Offer may be extended, modified or discontinued at any time without notice. The Visa gift card value may be reportable as taxable income, please consult your tax advisor.
